If you are not completely satisfied with your online order and would like to request a return, contact customer service within 90 days of receipt of sale by phone at (877) 525-4632, or complete the online contact form. Returned online purchases are subject to inspection and may be returned at the sole discretion of Stoehr Flooring with a 25% restocking fee. Returned products must be returned prior to installation and in unused condition, in the original packaging and contain all paperwork to ensure your account is credited correctly. Unless the return is due to defective merchandise, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. If the item you received was not the correct item or if the item is defective, please contact customer service to request an exchange. If damages occurred to merchandise during transit, the receipt of shipment should be rejected by purchaser, or damages noted on bill of lading. We will assist you with returning the damaged item and receiving a replacement. The replacement will be shipped to the same address the original order was shipped.
